SHIPPING POLICY

Anniepie uses Australia Post for shipping within Australia. All dress items will be shipped in a tracked satchel, patterns and plates will be shipped by regular mail. All shipping is free unless otherwise requested. Shipment is within Australia only.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our terms and conditions are in line with the Australian consumer laws. We do not refund for change of mind purchases. We will gladly offer a refund or repair on items found to have a manufacturer’s fault if notified within 14 days of purchase. No refund on sale items. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Email ann@anniepie.com.au for consultation. A return must be in its original packaging and condition.
