Layla, Smocked Bishop Style Dress

A pretty Cotton fabric printed with dainty little rosebuds on a cream background was used for a hand smocked Bishop dress with smocked Sleeves.
DMC stranded cotton, matching the rosebuds was used to hand smock around the bishop neckline and sleeves.
The dress is finished with a matching bias neck binding.
Inside seams are made with French Seams and the generous hem is hand stitched.
