A pretty Liberty of London Cotton fabric printed with little hearts hand smocked Bishop dress with smocked Sleeves.
Hot pink and a light pink DMC stranded cotton was used to hand smock around the bishop neckline and sleeves.
The dress is finished with a matching bias neck binding.
Inside seams are made with French Seams and the generous hem is hand stitched.
